Today my #fibromyalgia showed me what it can do to annoy me more. I had some bad days in the last week, #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder hit me hard and of course fibromyalgia followed the lead. That vicious beast decided that I wasn’t stressing enough, so why not hit with some new symptoms? I really would like to have a very peaceful week, no anxiety, no panic attacks, no chronic pain. It’s my dream

I suffer from #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder probably from the day I was born. When I started to be bothered by unusual symptoms I was already adult, with a child, a divorce on the way and a bright future before me. For many years I had random panic attacks when stressed, but I could live my life like everybody else. Then came my #EstrangedDaughter, and more panic attacks and two years ago came the #COVID and my life became a never ending panic attack

Today's Positive Psychology class centred on #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder #GAD. As I said to my Lecturer, I've never felt so seen! 😂
