Urban Green and Blue Spaces (UGBS) are great for mental and physical wellbeing offering a plethora of opportunities to relax, unwind and exercise. But, do UGBS provide accessibility for everyone?

How do you use UGBS? Myself, a mix of hiking, bird watching and dog walking, to immerse myself in nature.
