No #PB at the #Giffordtown #5k today but, right now, I'd rather take this consistent pacing.

It's something I've worked hard on lately and I couldn't be any more delighted to string these 1k splits together.

This years #Giffordtown #5k #RoadRace is on the 27th November.

I've ran this previously and recommend it.

With only 200 spaces available it makes for a very well run community event - all organised by #Fife Athletic Club.

"Fast and flat" with a #AUKCM course certificate ensuring that the distance is accurately measured - this is one for your diary if you are in the area.
