#Giraffes, despite a relatively small #brain, can handle #statistics
This sort of behavior has previously only been seen in #primates and #parrots.
Based on three experiments, it seemed the giraffes recognized that the ratio between two vegetables dictated the #probability of getting the snack that they wanted. And they did so immediately, without needing a few rounds of experimentation to figure it out.

Hi! My name is Mystic or you can call me Resilient. I'm diagnosed with #borderlinepersonalitydisorder, #CPTSD, #anxiety, & #depression. I'm in the process of getting assessed for #ADHD. I'm slowly embracing my neurodivergency. I never knew what #neurodivergent was until only a year and a half ago. I'm learning I am not neurotypical and I'm happy I'm not. I've struggled with my lack of processing and understanding from early on in school. I've had many tutors growing up and I still found school to be challenging. Every time I have to do a training or work course, I dread the thought of doing this because it takes me a very long time just to get it.

I get frustrated easily but I more so take this out on myself. Most of my anger results from being frustrated and not getting things.

I have a lot of childhood trauma and this stems from my father who was not too great. He was nothing but abusive. And then there's the trauma I had to go through from the time I started to live on my own until now.

Sometimes I wish I can go back in time and restart my life in a different family. I don't think that's possible? I wish this can be Back to the Future.
