My plans for the next couple of weeks are up in the air cos Mum tested positive for covid this morning whoop whoop!

(I live with my Mum at the moment.)

I feel fine (well, no worse than usual), but won't be leaving the house unnecessarily for a while.

Instead I'm sitting at the other end of the house, wearing an N95, knitting & watching anime.

Finally finished watching #Given omg those hot boys & their complex love stories. I adore them. I need to read all the manga.

Today's haul may have been somewhat excessive.

Look, it's BL week at Animate, okay? What's a girl like me supposed to do? I thought I showed great restraint in only buying volume 1 of #Given, not all 6(?).

The Pash! magazine came with a free clearfile of characters from the Free! anime, and a huge poster of the cover image where #LanWangji gets to serve his husband liquor. I love it very much.

@annedraya I’m sort of into it! As an 80s kid I watched anime imported and sanitized as cartoons. As an adult, I came back to it when friends raved about #SamuraiChamploo, found all the Studio Ghibli films I’d missed, then fell hard for #YuriOnIce and #Given. In the past year I watched my first donghua, #MDZS and #HeavenOfficialsBlessing.

I also started studying #Japanese for better anime enjoyment. 😅
