FWIW I (who am neither Swedish speaker nor expert) am not sure #LossAndDamage will get anywhere without the US, so may strategically be an unproductive target. There is existing agreement on adaptation, so would focussing on the amount of inadequate GCF finance that is merely loans be an acceptable form of solidarity with South?

Plus an agreement to regulate and tax at wellhead could also help with poverty worldwide. #GlobalGreenNewDeal.
