1. No new airports / runways.
2. All railway lines to be electrified.
3. No new roads (inc no East London tunnel).
4. Internal UK flights banned where trains take under three hours.
5. Build all of HS2 and CR2 and other planned routes.
6. Ban wood-burning stoves and all open fires except for homes not served by mains gas or electricity.

It is reassuring to see that the diversity of humanity is resulting in two lines (my own arbitrary division) of development activity related to our collective survival as a species: ending our burning of carbon sources to limit global heating on Earth; and beginning to more thoroughly explore the universe beyond.
