💾 The last few months have been flooded with news about the #UK and their political trajectory is so frightening. It feels like any country in #Europe is a few bad choices away from following in their path, and it doesn’t look like our #GlobalNorth so-called "advanced democracies" have developed societal antibodies strong enough to deal with the threat.

We absolutely need to pour our energies towards robust alternatives before #Fascicapitalism spreads around uncontested.

The devastation in #Pakistan is beyond belief. No question about the cause: climate change. 53 degrees, glacial melts, monsoons into October, a 3rd of the country inundated, 33 million affected. All while #GlobalNorth shirks its responsibility for historic emissions. Shameful.
