We've been looking to evolve design at #GlobalSavingsGroup and are now considering dedicated #DesignOps team that encompasses our #DesignSystem. I've found that the vision that the folks the UK #DepartmentOfEducation have laid out really resonates with me > https://design.education.gov.uk/design-ops/

This differs from the #NielsonNormanGroup DesignOps 101 (https://www.nngroup.com/articles/design-operations-101/) in the responsibility of people management.

Anyone have any other points that I should consider?
