For my next project to expand my #GloomspiteGitz army, I'm double dipping with #BloodBowl. My plan is to paint up these Scarcrag Snivellers with their Trained Troll in order to field them as ...Loonsmasha Fanatics! The headcannon is that instead of the fanatics whirling a ball, they themselves are being hurled in full armour to the enemy 🤣
And the best part is that the base sizes fit perfectly!
(And I'm getting two units of fanatics for the price of one, not counting the troll.)

Finished this fun fella a little while ago, just now getting some good pictures. I bought a cheap light box and I gotta say it makes this easier!
This is my first time really just painting the box art and I can see why you might do that. The mushrooms are really the star of the show though.

Love these two! I painted the full size version of this mini a while ago for a miniature exchange with the same colors and was kind of sad to send it off to it's new home, so happy to have a new one. Painting (and taking pictures) at the 10mm scale presents some interesting differences. Squigs are always fun though.

Sure the ventilation setup needs a few more cuts before it's fully functional, but the important thing is done: the bad moon stencil that I didn't quite get centered.

For what GW charges for minis you wouldn't think you'd have to spend an hour gap filling. You'd be wrong of course.
Makes me wonder why I still choose to paint these minis when I don't even play...
