A Dish:

I try to keep my posts about as much as possible, but since dinner is just about here, I wanted to share how I make a staple of my meal healthier, without drastically changing the flavor (for the kids).

Additional Additives:
1. White Chia
2. Nutritional Yeast
3. Super Golden Milk (or just Turmeric)

Chia has 6 grams of soluble Fiber and no taste. White Chia is soft, not crunchy, so you can't even tell it's there. Add 1 tablespoon per serving (ground or whole) during cooking.

Nutritional Yeast has 4 grams of soluble fiber + a mountain of vitamins - AND TASTES LIKE !! So good. Mix in to liking (1 to 2 tablespoons per serving). Also great on popcorn!

Super Golden Milk contains , Berry, , and more - an anti-inflammatory cocktail. Add to taste; it is earthy, but not strong - and you'll gave golden taters.

Absolutely - and I am an ultra picky eater. All are avail on .
