Thoughts on the overall thing: Definitely made me sad a bit, good and bad.

Star Lord: A fitting end, also 👑 for the first f-bomb of the MCU. also lol he's returning, very good.

Rocket: I see why PETA approves of GOTG3.

Gamora: Well rounded.

Nebula: It broke me when she cried for Rocket.

Drax: It was nice seeing him be more than humourous.

Mantis: Still a master manipulator, very sad that she separated from Drax 😭

Adam Warlock: Nice to see him joining the Guardians.

GOTG3: Damn was it good. It reminded me of Thor L&T in some ways, but way, way better in implementation.

Seemed very James Gunn to me, that's what made it special.

My review of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is up at the Globe. I can't wait for the Marvel fanboys to come for me and accuse me of not liking comic book movies. I expllicitly say how much I enjoyed the first two Guardian films. In fact, like four paragraphs are devoted to that. The whiners can kiss my Natural Black ass two times.

I like all the versions of Gamora--comics, movies, animated & video game. I haven't seen the Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special yet so no spoilers! It was an interesting choice to bring a #Gamora from an earlier timeline into the main MCU timeline. I know folks who loved the Starlord romance want them to be together, but this Gamora didn't live through their shared history.
