If I need to compare, it is more like a marathon than sprint for me. I don’t want to lose my ~passion~ for science by overloading everything. It is important to allocate a time to relax. #GradLife

I try to balance it by doing either of these:
apart from sharing my thoughts&feelings with friends (for sure),
* doing sports (usually jogging at evening),
* language practice in Duolingo or
* playing blitz chess (at Lichess, not sure it turns into obsession or not).
