I have only one question regarding the new #fairphone5. Is it supported by #GrapheneOS? Can it even be supported? Previous FP devices lacked certain hardware features required for GrapheneOS support... Hopefully they listened this time when designing the new FP.

@onepict @dentangle My hunch is it would yield better results to try to advocate for crowdfunding a project like #GrapheneOS to get #accessibility changes upstream into #AOSP itself rather than to convince Google to do anything to make #Android better. Lately it seems that they are dropping a lot of their support for it in favor of their own proprietary extensions and apps. #DisabilityPrideMonth

@AtB137 ich hatte das pixel 4a mit #GrapheneOS und war begeistert. Es kann alles was ich brauchte. Leider ging das pixel plötzlich aus. Und nie mehr an. Keine Chance. Deswegen sind für mich pixel Smartphones keine Option mehr. Einem Freund ist exakt das gleiche passiert. Mit dem originalen Rom.

...IMO #GrapheneOS is the most private and secure mobile operating system available, but it is more than that, it's also a community where diversity is welcome and harassment and hate speech are not. If they choose to stay on a platform that siphons their data, fuels the fires of political controversy, and they'd rather trust in Elon than protect their privacy and security with GrapheneOS, then so be it, they probably weren't going to stick around long anyway.

We had to create a new #grapheneos:https://grapheneos.org chat room to work around state reset bugs in Matrix protocol / server software. Previous room had ~15000 members and is redirected through the room upgrade, but it's not seamless. You need to explicitly join the new room.

There have been major federation issues on Matrix with https://matrix.org today and many users in #grapheneos:https://grapheneos.org were dropped from the room and unable to rejoin. We think we've fixed the joining issue by setting it to invite-only and back to public.

Now that the Pixel phone I brilliantly lost in PR is back home, I’m back to trying to figure out if it’s viable to transition over to using #GrapheneOS.

Made some definite progress, but there’s still a few stubborn apps that just don’t want to work on there.

Been using #unexpectedkeyboard as a privacy resecting open source replacement for the stock keyboard on #GrapheneOS and so far, it's been awesome as a daily driver...especially for using #Termux :terminal:

If I had a Pixel phone I’d install #GrapheneOS on it. Sadly I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro and a Nokia 9 Pureview as my #Android devices. (not my main phones)
