If you're on Squarespace and tinkering with Mastodon to get the green check (the things we do for a pixel!), here's how I did it:

1) In Mastodon's Edit profile screen, copy the Verification code.
2) In Squarespace's backend go to Settings>Advanced>Code Injection, then hit paste.
3) Return to Mastodon's Edit profile screen, clear out your website's url and hit save.
4) Re-enter your website.

Voila! That worked for me. Hope it helps you.

@epicenter_works Ändert in Österreich erst mal de facto nichts. Niemand scannt den Pass. Sogar die Bundeswehr an der Grenze winkte mich mit ausgedruckten QR-Code durch, der nur mit dem Auge "beguckt" wurde. Die Politik unternimmt keinerlei Anstrengungen den Bürgern zu erklären, dass nur ein gescannter Grüner-Pass als verifiziert gelten kann.

Bitte lasse es wer digitale Bildung regnen :)
