I am going to have to get some "Caution: Triffids" signs made up for my porch.
Double-checked online, and for the specific variety of chilli plants (Hot Lemon), I have found lots of places saying 18 to 24 inches, with some saying up to 36.
So why are some of mine now passing six feet tall?

Morning, my religious observance cactus has decided to celebrate Christmas this year. Sometime it waits for Easter. Occasionally both.
The cactus was originally bought as a single stem from a primary school jumble sale around 1988, and endures.

Seeds sown late. Seedlings left to go a bit straggly. Plants left in a (too) cold frame.

They said it couldn't be done ..... but I have TWO peppers.
