Going to see the new Avatar movie tonight. I didn't love the Hobbit at 48fps, it felt like an awkward framerate. But maybe Cameron's found some way to make it work. Too bad it's not in 120, that looked great for Gemini Man.

Either way I'm excited for a 3D visual thrill ride 😎

As a massive fan of the first #Avatar film, I loved #AvatarTheWayOfWater. It shows so much more of Pandora and is the most beautiful film I have ever seen.

It was also my first time watching a movie in #HFR, and I was amazed by it. It makes action scenes so much more immersive it's unreal.

a few topic ideas i've considered breaking down into threads;

random things I've learnt in #gamecapture, optimising deliverables and intermediates
