#Telemarketing_rooms where outsourced to India to handle the calls and call transfers.

Looping around in voice mail just to land at the beginning of the Que --1 hour later..

With the pouring-in of offshore USD money for ‘voice mail joint ventures,’ with India bc again USA Corporate companies could hired offshore Indians at pennies on the dollar to handle all customer service and call transfers.

WHICH IN MY #OPINION IS A #DISGRACE TO #CUSTOMER_SERVICE.

MAJORITY OF THEM CANNOT EVEN BE UNDERSTOOD; SINCE THEIR ENGLISH IS SO POOR!

Its a #nightmare. And the corporations could careless about stellar customer service --ONLY #PROFITS.

In any case India took this money and opened many TECH universities in the last 20 years.

Thousand poured out of these universities with basically bachelor degrees in TECH and ZERO #RT (REAL TIME) #TALENT.

The Freelancer industry took off with these #low_level_techs that pretty much are #inferior IN ALL THINGS INTERNET imho.

Back in the day we could hire many at 75$ USD per month (40 hrs per week).

They are inferior bc they have zero business sense and/or background. All based on their worship of many gods and their #moral_ethics which in many cases are highly immoral.. IMHO
