I've just found a great free app for high intensity interval training (HIT). It's designed for runners but has settings for cycling and walking.
Just what I need, just wish I could read the numbers without my glasses.

I'm grateful for having time to workout. I was very busy for the past few weeks and didn't manage to get a good workout in, and I started to feel my energy levels dropping. I'm already feeling better now after a couple of days of good workouts.

I’ve been too demotivated to run consistently since getting COVID a few months ago. I have a great run and think my lung capacity is all go, only to struggle and sound like a steam engine the next time. I want to feel fit though so I’ve been doing a load of HIIT and strength workouts. It’s been incredible. My posture. My movement through space. Do I even spot some definition? It’s helping my running too. My lungs might not be perfect yet but my legs feel good on the hills #covid #running #HIIT
