I tested two algorithm-based #training services for #runners (#TrainAsOne and #RunningCoach) over the last two months.

Both of them were disappointing, because they failed to synchronize data (each one in their own way).

As I have to get serious now for the planned #halfmarathon at the end of May, I switched back to a manual plan that adjusts based on test runs and #HRF.

Iirc we had in law all over the world the assumption that only factual proven dangers and not abstract or a proof of absence count, otherwise everyone could be imprisoned because she could be with high probability i.e a factual murderer given the poorer or colored she are?
Where are the tests to prove sterilizing immunity?
