I love the size and versatility of my 2019 Honda #HRV and want a similar size for my next vehicle (which I hope will be an EV).

Despite the rapid advances in #MachineLearning and #AI, studies using #NeuralNetworks to predict sport performance are unfortunately rare.
Recently I was made aware of this one where a neural network was used to take in #HRV parameters and predict actual sprint performance...
within 1/10th of a second!
In our terms, that would be equivalent to predicting an Ironman performance with an error of only 4 minutes!

This resonant frequency test in the HRV4Biofeedback app is a nice way to determine your ideal breathing rate based on your own physiology.
Although I think it slightly overestimated my ideal breathing rate, it was able to recognize that the setting needed a downward adjustion.
