妹の2歳の子どもは多分HSCで場面緘黙があって、私もHSPで場面緘黙があって中学まではごく限られた人としか話さず、それ以降もかなり努力して他人と話している。妹は場面緘黙を相談できるクリニックに行くか悩んでいる。私だったら、小さい頃から家族にも家族以外の人にも気にかけてもらえて、場面緘黙になっても自分を悪く思わなくてもいいというメッセージがもらえていたら良かったのに、と思うから、行った方がいいと感じる。私が精神科にかかっていても、精神科受診のハードルも高いようだ。妹は1歳の時に環境をいっぺんに変えてしまったことがよくなかったんじゃないかと自分を責めていて、涙ぐんで、クリスマスにこんな話するもんじゃないね、と言ったけれど、私はクリスマスの日にこそ、子どものためにこういう話ができて良かったと思う。少なくとも私から見たら、妹は自分なりの精一杯で子どもと向き合っていて間違いなくいい親だ。クリニックに行って、子どもも妹も安心できるようになるといいなと思う。
