What fun it was last night to celebrate the opening of Haight Street light art installation Afterglow by Joshua Hubert, light artist and burning man artist. This community worked for years and advocated strongly for themselves in MANY city meets to make this public art happen. The lights not only make the street more of a magical trip than it was before but increase safety for everyone on the sidewalk at night.
