Wishing you a Happy Easter (or equivalent)! Today I produced my best batch ever of hot cross buns. Only enough paste in the piping bag for three actual crosses, but they taste the same whether holy or not. I think the success is largely down to me letting the dough rise inside the microwave. Not that I microwaved them, just that it's a sealed box with no draughts.
