We engineered a #haptics device for extreme situations in which the user's eyes, hands & ears are engaged with another task. In LipIO the lips act as both input & output surfaces (touch input + electrotactile output). Hey there!

I am a #postdoc researcher at HUX@ETSmtl where I am exploring how #haptics can be used to enhance voice interactions in general, but more specifically with smart assistants! I am particularly interested in anything related to perception... How can we assess or "measure" it, how can we bend it through cross-modal stimulation, how can we repectfully share our perception of things to foster healthier digital lives, etc.
