feds pay attention when violent fascists target their own?

re Atomwaffen Division (AWD) founder and white-power accelerationist Brandon Clint Russell, 27, of Orlando, Florida as he was arrested again feb 6.

don’t know why his 14-page blueprint isn’t listed in complaint “Although the complaint does not identify the 14-page ‘white supremacist publication that provided instructions on how to attack critical infrastructure,’ which Russell allegedly gave the FBI’s confidential informant, the chats show users under handles who Hatewatch believes to be Russell, circulating a PDF matching that description.”

is this why feds arrested him again feb 6 and not because of any of his other violent nazi accelerationist efforts? “Russell was also an author and promoter of a website called “American Futurist,” where he and other former members of AWD targeted federal agents” so his leadership of a group aimed at targeting infrastructure ie power grids may not be the primary reason for his recent arrest?
