Hawkins' theory is especially relevant to #Millikan chapter 4 wherein #unitracker primitives (same-trackers) are discussed, and obviously §4.3 "Self-Relative Location Trackers" could be fleshed-out with Hawkins' ideas (egocentric-to-allocentric conversion, cortical column voting, solution to the binding problem, etc). Amazing.
