#Nurses etc wouldn't strike if they felt working conditions were safe and manageable. No-one ever strikes just for pay.
Care of the elderly and vulnerable has long been the poor partner of #HealthServices. Bed blocking rife as care packages just do not exist to safely discharge those able to leave hospital.
This is placing untold stress on the system and needs urgently addressing.

It is normal for children to be ill many times in a year. But, so much?
Me (health compromised) & my children seem to be rarely free from one thing or another.
RSV, Ear infections, #Strep, Flu, Covid, Chest infections, colds...
No wonder #HealthServices are crumbling.
What is going on? Have Covid vaccines lowered immune responses? Are viruses more potent?
