@transform Organizations with similar philosophies are still doing work in some places! I don't know relevant search terms in German, but relevant search terms in English include "peer support" (which you may already know because you used the phrase "peer-to-peer").

1 problem is that because peer support threatens psychiatric authority, psychiatric authoritarians have co-opted peer support to an extent. As a result, not all current self-described "peer support" orgs/programs/workers can be trusted to be nonauthoritarian, and they should be vetted before engaging with them or referring other people to them.

You may be interested in the #HearingVoicesMovement (HVM), a peer-support movement with active orgs located around the world.
