I replaced the battery connector without frying the board: the #Nokia1 booted again and I used it for a while.

Desoldering the broken part was harder. I did that in Hamburg, with 4 hands and 2 soldering irons at 400 °C.

I've left 40 spare connectors in the #HelsinkiHacklab.

March 2017 - had a chance to visit #HelsinkiHacklab and saw this TOS #lathe. Didn't see it in action though.
