I don’t think it does the public good for us to just talk amongst ourselves - wonderful as it is to find a watering hole of like-minded science and fact-focused #med-mastodons
There is no reason for #docs and #scientists not to have accounts on both Mastodon and some other social media platform which has a less balkanised structure
Most public will likely stick with what they know
