Thank you to anyone who still plays non #DnD #RPGs. Nothing wrong with a good #dungeon crawl, or wilderness encounter, or tavern brawl, but those of us who diversify our #roleplaying options need more.

We don't need to get tied down to the first name, the first #genre, or the first approach.

So go ahead, get your dungeon on, but also support the other games my friends.

@laidbackdm Really hard question. Mechanically: I admire #HeroSystem for how everything fits together. The one I have been running everything on for 30+ years is #GURPS.

System & gameworld combo: #Traveller though (no view on version). It's the one game I've never run but will take every chance to play in.

Honorable mention: #Kult for just describing a great horror setting and then just suggesting the kind of things you might want to run there. No two Kult campaigns are even remotely alike.

@kreig Have you given #GURPS, #SavageWorlds, or the #HeroSystem a try? They are, IMHO, the best generic systems out there.
