Since she was raised by her grandma she behaves like one, even if she never had any children and is only like, 42. You'll always see her with a big grin and her eyes wide open, staring at you ike she's trying to read your mind. But Valentina only wants you to eat your vegetables and be polite to the vaettir, really.
