I finally managed to get the "arrange a meeting" objective to pop in Freelancer. It's been unclear exactly what works, so here's what I did.

Specifically: I took the phone from a suspect (*not* the leader) in the *same network* as the leader, and then lured the leader with a call.

The objective popped as soon as I made the call. No need to wait for the leader to arrive at the meeting.

Final showdown was completely scuffed, but I'll take it.

Am I finally getting the hang of Freelancer? Probably not, but I did just achieve 3 accident kills (SA) on the Isle of Sgail. I'll take that.

freelancer can be glitchy and frustrating. I was meh when finishing the first campaign but then opened the reward crate and man the sniper rifle made it all worthwhile.

You know, the one thing that would justify IOI’s "online" junk for Hitman is if *all* progression was shared between platforms if they shared an account. Otherwise just stop and let me play offline properly.
