I work on #host-pathogen #evolution and #ecology with a focus on #pathogen #HostShifts and how and why #species vary in their #susceptibility to pathogens. We typically use ~50 #species of #Drosophila and their #viruses to ask these questions but are expanding our work into other tractable systems (more soon!) to address these questions.
