A bit out of the way, but very nice. The Captain is knowledgeable abut their wine list. It seems to be a popular dancing spot for attractive young men. Some points off for the food (a bit tough) and there were some troubles at checkout, but overall a very nice stay.

Great Albums - 1970s: #Eagles – #HotelCalifornia (1976). Critics act like if it wasn’t for the bloody Eagles, rock would have flourished in some great utopia, where Zeppelin made symphonies to the gods and Hendrix returned from the dead to boogie with Miles. Guess what: The corporations would have ruined it anyway. At least Joe Walsh brought some edge. And if “New Kid in Town” and “Life in the Fast Lane” aren’t great songs to jaded ears, no one can really help.
