#HubSpot Theme developers, exciting update for you today. What if you could make it super clear to your theme's users what fields changed what in your theme? The editor can now highlight the elements the fields affect.

The CLI command `hs theme generate-selectors` generates a json file mapping fields to #CSS selectors.

Run `npm install -g @hubspot/cli@latest` to update to the latest HubSpot CLI.

Why, woman, why!??

She did it again! 😖 For the Nth time, she edited a Deal that's not in her name, and then wondered why it's not her name there, and then changes it to her name.

The worst part is she's insisting that she didn't edit the Deal. Well you can't Win a Deal if you don't create a Quote. Of course, she edited it! 🤦‍♀️

Long chat.

Create Date was 2022.
The Deal Owner was not you.
It's not yours!

It's amazing how helpless and incompetent #PandaDoc #ChatSupport is. They leave me hanging. Solutions and answers pending* forever. 🙄

At least some, if not all, of PadaDoc CS are in the Philippines.

But that's not on the CS. PandaDoc needs to do better.

I guess I got spoiled by the very well-trained people at #HubSpot. Those guys and gals have superpowers* to really dig in and find the root cause of the issue. So you'll know what to fix or if there's no fix.

#dadjokes are a big part of #HubSpot's culture. We have an internal chat channel dedicated to them, our founder and CTO Dharmesh Shah is known for them. It was only a matter of time until someone turned HubSpot's CRM into a Dad-Joke Management System, a real Dad-abase if you will.

Will need to fix it when I get back home. At least I was able to recall the quote from the #HubSpot mobile #app. Can't access Line Items from the app though. HubSpot is pretty good, but some lacking features and functions leave us scratching our heads. 😕

Below that I'm setting the options that I need with {% set = %}, and right at the bottom I'm calling those options using the markup code (card.cardMarkup).

As you can see from the below snippet, HubSpots language (jinjava) is very similar to #Eleventy

Oh, it's the #CRM. We had it connected to #Zoom so when someone books a meeting with my colleague, the meeting shows up in her Zoom, and her Zoom link gets sent to the person that booked. That connection got broken. So I was troubleshooting with her remotely but she was confused and getting stressed. And there were a few other things that appeared broken. Too long a story. I'm the #HubSpot elf so it's my job to fix things and help people with HubSpot matters.

Oh my goodness.
I'm doing tech support. 😖

She still can't get her Zoom to work with her calendar. 🤦‍♀️

Thanks a lot, #HubSpot. You did this when you messed up our #Zoom connection. 😐
