A great quote, via Joel Achenbach in The Washington Post, on some cool findings from the massive Hunga Tonga Hunga Ha'apai volcanic eruption, presented at the American Geophysical Union fall meeting in Chicago: “This was a moderate [solar] storm versus a very strong volcano.
