@EPPGroup @weisspernille oh #orban did it much simpler: he made a law that energy bills shall be cheaper. That's it.
(Slight problem is the lack of maintenance caused by that, and the closing of offices to get things done, less support agents, more no service time, but hey, it's cheaper! #Hungarian style!)

I also noticed, apparently the letters werenát enough, so for vowels, I can even use zero, dash, equals that would be usually found on a qwerty keyboard. like, see this.
