@grainloom The odds will stay needlessly high and still pretty low, as long as you have higher powered electric devices (as in having a kitchen) or a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in the house, the PinePhone is unlikely to be your greatest fire hazard. But still, if it’s easy to fix it should be fixed. What’s the state in #HuongTramLinux, @danct12?

@fabrixxm @Blort Me? #HuongTramLinux /#ArchLinuxARM by @danct12 (https://github.com/dreemurrs-embedded/Pine64-Arch/releases). It ran pretty stable, I only had one #Phosh hang in 4.5 hours with multiple apps; the trick may have been that I ran my screen at lower than native resolution (a 1920x1200px screen at 1280x800px).

I am building "Social" (https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Social) on my new @postmarketOS #PinePhone right now and it really seems to be getting less hot. Nice!

(I am doing this on @danct12's #HuongTramLinux, I just showed my microSDXC card into the new phone.)

It took me a ton of time and four attempts, but I shot a 41 Minutes long video on how to install #Anbox on #HuongTramLinux featuring the keyboard install process, several reboots and two messaging apps.

I cut in #kdenlive, which will now render out for about 3 hours on my 8th gen Intel notebook running @kde Neon 20.04 (Thinkpad Yoga L380). Is there anywhere to use QuickSync/VAAPI for that? I unfortunately could not find anything.

@linmobblog: This is #gtkcord, installed from the #AUR (gtkcord3) on @PINE64 #PinePhone (running #HuongTramLinux by @danct12). I guess I will have to sign up for #discord to test this further, and after that I will have to add another app to my #LINMOBapps list.
