Applications for the #ICFJ Arthur F. Burns Fellowship are open to U.S., Canadian, and German #journalists who have at least two years of professional experience and an interest in #NorthAmerican and #european affairs. Each North American fellow receives a $4,000 stipend to cover living expenses during a 9-week fellowship in Germany. March 1 is the application deadline.
