Water supply still disrupted for thousands of Ukrainians as a consequence of #Kakhovka HPP dam blowup. Large industrial cities with big populations are suffering particularly acutely. Only 30% of water supply to Nikopol (population ~116,000) has been restored. Kryvyi Rih (population ~635,000) is getting hourly rationing, in Kherson region people are simply receiving bottled water. Deliberately depriving civilians of basic necessities is a violation of #IHL
