You may think you've pulled some dumb sh*t before, but have you called maintenance out in sub zero temperatures complaining about your heat not working, only for them to inform you that your heat is working just fine, but it can't compete with the fact that you have your window wide open for "fresh air"?

On Christmas Eve. Christmas. Multiple calls. Window open in every case. Closed the window and ta-da! Heat worked. IMAGINE.
