A while back I started writing blog posts on how to analyze #IntensiveLongitudinalData using #STAN.

The idea was sharing code for some of the most used models like (hierarchical) AR and VAR models as well as explaining the #STAN syntax a bit 😊.

I want to pick it up again, but for now, here is an example discussing the hierarchical AR(1) model. Curious what you all think 😊.

Personal reflection on important considerations in #IPF patients:

When a patient is diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), the risk assessment, disease stage/severity, and initiation of antifibrotic treatment should not only be based on the percent predicted FVC. There are other important functional parameters (such as DLCO) or factors to be taken into account. 🧵
