#Kentucky EM just dropped a statewide Civil Emergency Message into #EAS #IPAWS for I-71 at mile 62 being impassable. Why would you not just put it in the surrounding counties instead of the whole state?

This Wireless Emergency Alert sent by Riverside County, CA (12/17) is incomplete. It lacks content about the hazard while ordering the population at risk to shelter in place. There is no information about the time of the event or ways to get an update on the conditions. As a 360-character message, there is plenty of room to improve.
