We don't know how your software works, and don't know where to find install files for it. We can run the installer if you find it. That's it. Everything else is on you to figure out.

Anyone know how to change my #Chrome profile photo? I don’t want the standard E there, but when I click on the pencil icon, it only allows me to choose regular avatars. I was able to set my Gmail photo but it didn't change the Chrome profile :( #ITSupport #Google

Why is my #iphone13mini onscreen keyboard so horribly awful? "Return" should be a key accessible next to all my letters, not on another screen with those special characters. I don't want this @ and # nonsense. I want a return key. Who designed this awful (yet amazingly adorable) little phone? I declare an injustice.

One of the problems with #RootCauseAnalysis is that it implies there is always a root cause that can be resolved, or that the root cause isn't implemented on purpose by bad decision making. I work in an environment in which at least half of ongoing user issues are the result of bad technical implementations and decisions, not malfunctioning tech. It's working like it's supposed to, it's just not user friendly.

Just once I want to solve a real, technical, challenging problem, not a 'did you read the instructions' problem. Today's 30 minutes of troubleshooting was wasted on a printer with paper loaded into the 'do not put paper here' side of the tray. In my defense, doing so covers that warning.

The best biometric is ideally your colonic map or mapped out central nervous system. Awkward to use, but *very* secure.
