AARNet is decommissioning CloudStor at the end of 2023. I tell my lab about it today and everyone is up in arms... didn't they get the email 6 months ago? Now they want me to work out how to migrate away from there. I end up being #ITsupport everywhere I work... #AcademicChatter
it feels like manufacturers intentionally make the "press enter for network boot" prompt after choosing to PXE boot a 4 second window so us ADD IT guys have to do it 8 times before we remember to stop walking away...

Hmmm luv to spend several hours on Christmas eve attempting to work out how kid so thoroughly broke permissions on d drive that even taking ownership of all files and directories doesn't let me browse... >.<
(all games and a large number of apps installed on D: so it's not just a "i can't get to my stuff" problem)
