Arrrrgh! Right. I have given up trying to do the medication maths, and since I have only one of the (half way useful) big painkillers left anyway, I’m back on my standard #ChronicPain medication regimen. If I’d have too much #ibuprofen I’m hoping the damage is short term and reversible. It certainly doesn’t seem to have helped the post-surgery pain, swelling, and bruising all that much. #grumble.

Tonight's #insomnia posting apparently brought to you by not enough pain relief. Ooofffff. I have a hot water bottle to try and help my back, and an ice pack to try and help my post-surgery swollen and bruised jaw and neck. Between the two I should equalise? Counting down to when I can take more high dose #ibuprofen and force down more custard. Back to the #audiobook, I guess.
