Our #wetlands are drying out. Only a few days ago this meadow was partially covered with water. The white patches in the picture were green algae, growing in flooded spaces between clumps of tall grass.

A NATO E-3B Sentry is watching our dogs, #IdąPsięta, from the sky. Pietruszka, the #IdaPsięta operations specialist, is watching NATO from the ground. It took a while, but she got used to it and barks only once in a while. NATO doesn't bark back.

After weeks of cloudy skies we finally had some sunshine. The low quality sunshine you would expect in the #forests of #EasternPoland at this time of the year, but nevertheless real sunshine, not the canned thing we've depended on. #IdaPsięta, our pack of #dogs, appeared to be happy
