Bad day today after my little excursion for photography. Left my purse at a small grocery store and didn't realize it til I got home. When I called the store they could find no sign of my purse. So much of my personal info is out there now - soc Sec #, driver's license, car reg and ins it's freaking me out. Have done all the essentials - close credit card and debit card accts, credit freeze on the 3 credit reporting bureaus, will get duplicate drivers license.

More incompetence from #IDX... There's an email address in the footer of their web site: "productsupport@idx.us". It's a link. Except they've formatted the link wrong: instead of saying href="mailto:productsupport@idx.us" in the page source, they left off the "mailto:" part, so the browser interprets the link as an https link and it doesn't work. These people are incompetents. Clowns. Asshats. I'm sure their identity theft monitoring service works _great_ (not).

Today I tried to set up #IdentityTheft monitoring with #IDX. When I got to point where it was trying to verify my identity, all I got was a forever-spinning cursor. This is probably because I have my credit report locked/frozen at the big 3 credit reporting agencies. That's right, IDX doesn't know how to deal with someone who is using the most commonly recommended protection against identity theft.

I wonder how many people are just now getting a letter from the small business admin and are completely surprised that a loan was taken out in their name 2+ years ago.

I only found out because someone also applied for unemployment in my name and my work told me about it, I checked my credit scores, and found the credit check on experian for the sba loan.
